Shaping the Future of Project Management, September 2025 — Berlin, Germany

Over 2 days, AC Coppens hosted the main stage at the 34th IPMA World Congress in Berlin (17–19 September 2025).

The congress marked IPMA’s 60th anniversary and gathered 1,000 participants from 70 countries under the motto “Shaping the Future with Project Management”. The program featured 60 speakers and more than 50 presentations on digitalization, leadership, sustainability, AI, and innovation.

Besides being the main stage host, AC also moderated several key sessions, including a Fireside Chat with Kenza Ait Si Abbou on AI, a Sustainability Panel on the role of project management in driving environmental and social responsibility, and a conversation with Shantu A. Bhattacharjee on whether traditional project management has passed its peak.

Highlights included keynote addresses by Laura Ludwig on success strategies from elite sports and Mitri Sirin, journalist and news anchor at ZDF.
