CREATIVE BUREAUCRACY FESTIVAL 2026

AC was back on stage to host and MC of the full-day Impact Stage program of the Creative Bureaucracy Festival – this year under the theme "Creative Bureaucracy – Stronger Democracy".

The 2026 edition brought together over 2,000 participants from government, politics and civil society in Berlin to ask how public administrations can become faster, more innovative and more effective - and in doing so, actively strengthen democracy. The day featured keynotes, debates and award ceremonies honoring figures including Wolfgang Schüssel, Monica Barone, Mariana Mazzucato and Ólafur Elíasson.

Host of the full-day Innovation Stage program of the Creative Bureaucracy Festival – “The largest festival for public sector innovation!”

An annual international festival bringing together over a thousand participants from government, politics and civil society to celebrate and share innovative public administration practices. This global gathering welcomes creative minds, public sector innovators and changemakers as they explore and reconsider the principles, processes, and practices of public institutions.
